[Admin] Next Steps, Judging Criteria and other timelines

First round judging will begin at 9 AM tomorrow

Criteria :
* Idea (Covers novelty and relevance)
* Implementation (Covers overall technical quality + demoability)

What you need to be ready with :
- Please upload your brief idea/presentation on devpost before 9 AM (one submission per team)
- Teams will be called in random sequence to our judge panel
- Teams will have about 10 mins to describe their idea and demo it

Results of the shortlisted teams will be announced around 12:30 PM

Final round of judging will start at 2 PM on the below criteria :
* Innovation, Novelty & Potential Impact
* Completeness of the Hack
* Demo Presentation
* Technical Quality

Teams will again have 10 mins to present their idea to the final panel and 5 mins of Q&A
